Parish Council
The Parish Council is the first tier of Local Government and is here to help the village.
We have responsibility for monitoring and responding to planning applications among many other things.
Seven Councillors serve on the Parish Council and give their time. None collect any form of allowance.
We normally meet on the first Monday of every other month in Brean Village Hall. The formal session starts at 7.00pm and there is an opportunity for parishioners to address the council during public participation in the meeting.
